Lack of concern when one is try to report that one feel they have been a victim of mail theft

I feel that their is a lack of concern from the united states postal service when one is trying to report that you have been a victim of mail theft, but yet they state that is how the package was sent to you from the company. But yet you have been doing buissness w/said company for sometime now. It just don't make sense for a company that is providing a service for a monthly fee go about doing buissness like this. I just feel that their is a lack of care from the USPS of how or who is handling our mail. All am saying its a crime to tamper with the mail by any one even those that are handling it on a daily bases. Just feel the post offices should do more.in every form to ensure we receive our mail the way it was sent to us.
