Appraiser use unethical comparable homes

Beware of Appraiser as he strikes against honest people in the El Paso community.

I am currently selling my home for 225,000 and have a superb, solid and creditable individual that wants to buy my home for full price. However the dishonest appraiser kept us from selling our home.

Raymond C. Cooke appraised my home which I was selling for 205,000 which is $20,000 less of the selling price and way below what I purchased my home. Well, this appraiser was unethical and used a home foreclosure as a comparable and did not allow 48 hours for our Realtor to submit any of her comps which is required by law. Furthermore, Raymond C. Cooke ignored her comps and came across rudely. Beware of this appraiser!

I as the seller is an honest working individual all I wanted was to sell my home to avoid any type of foreclosure and provide a bit smaller home for my family.

Now one asks, is our community helping to avoid foreclosure of their homes?
