I was contacted by Ameriquest better known now as AMC Mortgage Services they claim to be honest and had my best intrest at heart what a "joke". They sent out a appraiser that raised the value of my home. I asked the loan officer about it he told me not to worry that the appraiser had knowledge of the value of homes. He told me that I did not know how much house that I had
and that is why he was helping me wrong the took advantage of me. Now I am paying with my life can hardly keep up I may lose my home.
