An experience of situations occurred under a Great Clips Store ran by a Ball less man. Whom asks for other empolyees opions on whether they should Fire individuals that work for him already... Beacuase apparently he cant make these decisions on his own. Mr. No personality so called runs his stores without ever actually understanding the concept of what the stylists go through... His face always having a questioned look with a response "well we will just have to see about that" or " I will just have to look into that"... And a body language that shouts out " im a rag doll and I have no bones to look as if I have structure to me at all". At this Location a customer asked is ur wife so so and he looked at the man with a puzzeled look like ur the biggest mooron ever why would try to create a conversation with me... The man explained I work with and Todd says oohhh wow! Todd has no care to the people that make his business able to be open nor does he acknowlege the clients that make him able to keep his stores! Why do you work ur ass off for some ball less Di*k that doesnt care about how he got to that point? Accusing ur employees of false accusations just bc you dont have a heart at all doesnt mean that there always trying to screw you over? The people that work are what make you and considering that you think of your employees as so "replaceable" then hopefully one day you will be replaced and 1 day I will Look at you and say Mr. Ball less no personality I have made it without you and all you are to me is a stepping stone... I will step my sh*t all over you. You have taught me how not to be... I could never be as SPINELESS as you! I will end up on top... Watch me Bi*ch! You Dont what its like in your won employees shoes then youll have succeed... Bc its not all about BUSINESS... Its so much More and think god that I have Pride that you never take from me, a heart you will never break, a common sense to understand what this world goes through... Dont tell me you have never gotten a break on something you didnt ask for? Sometimes giving breaks leads you to new things so thank you!
