Evelyn Vazquez Has not paid child support or anything for her three childern in more than 5 years

In five years and not a dime to help me support our children who are now teenagers. She used my sons SSI check for four years and did not give me or him a dime
she had my other son and my daughter on food stamps in new York while they were here living with me
as i soon found out when i had to go to apply for food stamps because of the times.
And nothing was done.
I even went to Virginia child support and they said they cant help because she shows up on welfare in new York
if it was a man instead bet they make him get a job or do something
i dont understand how things can be so one sided when it comes down to you needing some help.
As i am now 54 and not getting any younger so it gets kind of hard trying to make ends meet without any help.
