Attorney General Temple Texas
Attorney General Child Support

A dark shadow has fallen over the Great state Of Texas.
It's called the Attorney Generals child support division.

I believe the AG office in Temple has knowingly deceived me.
Paid from social security while I was on disability.
Collected from my social security for Staci L
Apr — $3016 lump sum
May Jun&$4382

Total — $7398 not applied
Two attorneys in the office, namely Richard Mackey and Lewis Dubuque told me those payments didn't count. Yesterday Brenda Rose admitted that they did when I confronted her with the family law code.
Here's my calculations,
Paid from social security while I was on disability.
Collected from my social security for Staci L
Apr - &$3,016 lump sum
May Jun - $4,382

Total&$7,398 not applied
App deductions (185per month) SS — $4,440
Stimulas package - $ 300 not applied as of this date (meaning interest is growing)
Total - $12,138
They are claiming I owe - $10,600

What I think is owed me - $ 1,538
If the interested charged is adjusted it is even more.

I recently found this out when I asked the AG's office to release my passport. My ex wife agreed at first to release it and then the attorney (Richard Mackey) coerced her into asking for a lump sum payment.

It is my understanding that AG attorneys are not hired to represent one side or another, but to insure that support payments are properly collected ACCORDING TO THE LAW

I think these lawyers should be at the very least reprimanded and possible DISBARRED for their misconduct. This is not the first time they REPRESENTED her.

I found out that my ex received over $7000 from my social security when I became disabled. The AG is taking out $185 a month and did not credit me with the 7k. I believe that my ex may now owe me money. Is there a form to make them stop deducting until I go to a hearing?

Attorney General employees will perform their duties in an efficient manner to minimize taxpayer expense and in a friendly fashion to maximize customer satisfaction.

To me this statement is a joke.in my case, I found the caseworkers to be friendly and willing to listen. When it came to the attorneys I found them rude and unwilling to listen. A low level attorney (Richard Mackey) tried to deceive me into believing that app $7,085.00 that came from my social security when I was disabled "didn't count". He is a lawyer and if he doesn't know Family Law he shouldn't be working for the AG's office.

He also told me &if it was up to me and the children were minors, I would ask the court to put you in jail for 180 days. Is that a friendly fashion?

On 2 separate occasions lawyers form the AG's office in Temple have represented the mother of my children. Once back in app 1994 when I was paying support and she collected AFDC. The second time was this June when I requested release of my passport. She initionally agreed to release it without a lump sum payment, but the attorney (Richard Mackey) coerced her into asking for at least $1000.00 before release of my passport. (My support payments are deducted from my social security.)

I'm against child support. I'm also against the Gestapo tactics used by an uncaring group of individuals who you would think got gold stars on their ID badges for "amounts collected!"
