My ex-husband owes his children somewhere between $95,000 and $100,000 in back child support. The original child support award was a mere $98/week. He has worked off the books, under false names and social security numbers and has not filed a tax return, to my knowledge, since 1989. He has moved from NY to FL to PA to avoid paying. Noone seems to care that he has avoided his child support payments. He has even collected social security disability in PA. This upsets me that we are paying for him to collect and he does NOT contribute to the SS system.
