I needed a replacent social security card, so I went on-line to Social Security Administration.com. They took my information and wanted me to mail back the form with identity. I went to the Social Security Office in my hometown with my passport, and they told me I was supposed to go the website Social Security Administration. Gov. They stated that there is no fee for a replacement card and that the other company shouldn't have charged me $35.00. I would like my money returned.
