My ex-wife has a child that is no blood relation to me.
She had him during the marriage with someone else. She
Knows who the father is and will not tell the child or
The state. They have me tagged as the father and i was
Told that even when i pass the paternity/dna test
According to the law i still must pay child support
Because the law is the law. Like a friend of mind said
The law is not fair it's the law. So here i am paying
$17,000.00 in arrears plus current support since she went
On welfare. I tried to turn her in for fraud but they
Wouldn't hear me. I had already paid arrears down to
$9,000.00 when they tacked on another $6,000.00 because
Of her getting back on public assistance. No one at the
Da's office will listen to me. I shouldn't have to pay
For someone else's child plus the interest that accrues
Every month. How am i supposed to take care of my real
Family. What can i do? How can i have the law changed?
