Joy Crocker has knowingly lied about paternity now for 23 years regarding a child/adult for which I am still to this day forced to pay child support while the St. Clair Co. Friend of Court has acted as little more than the mothers accomplice, denying me access to blood or DNA tests, denying me any and all visitation rights, and charging me ridiculously inflated numbers. The mother who lost/surrendered custody for nearly 6 years was never ordered to pay one dime in support while her and her older sister tag teamed the welfare office racking up an enormous bill of fraudelently collected welfare.
The child had a willing & biological father who the mother decided for her own comfortable convienence to sever all ties with and opted instead to pin paternity on the wrong man while lieing to this child and the Courts. However, the mother has leaked enough of the truth over the years that the 23 year old child they are taking money from my family and household to support recently attended her biological fathers funeral. Hmmm, the Friend of Court just doesnt care about fraud or a multitude of injustices.
The money I pay is supposed to go toward reimbursing the State of Michigan for all the collected assistance however the Friend of Court has decided to mail out checks to this whereabouts unknown mommy even when the checks werent being cashed at whatever last known bad address they had. Still the Court swiped from me until I was chased from gainful employment when I recieved a weekly pay check for. 33 cents to support my family on after child support extorted their cut. I still have and never cashed this check.
Child Support and Child Extort are two entirely different issues and this is not only Child Extort-Paternity and welfare fraud it is unfair to the child and all the family members it affects, yes even the biological father and his own mother (the paternal grandmother) who made repeated attempts to continue seeing the child. While Joy Crocker continues to cash weekly child support checks extorted from me, her 23 year old child sees none of the money and at age 23 has 6 children of her own with custody of only half as many. Yes, it is not a child support/extort success story the Friend of the Court or the mother want told. For the paternity fraud mom it's free welfare/hush money twice at everyone elses expense.
