I bought a Big Green Egg (BBQ) which was missing parts. I bought this BBQ from a authorized dealer in West Seneca N.Y. And when I brought the BBQ home to assemble I noticed the parts missing. When I contacted dealer they acknowledged the missing parts and also that I was a Canadian citizen and they really didn't care. I then contacted corporate headquarters and they went through the motion of helping me and then said I was Canadian and bought a BBQ in the US and if I wanted help to just purchase the parts in Canada as their policies would not allow them to act on my behalf.
