Lee Woodard of Human Rights U.S.A. At MSN groups has recently published a list refered to as America's Shame which list 711 children that have died in the care of this agency since 1997. These are deaths in which the various states have gone to extrem lengths to hide from the puplic.

Aside from those deaths it mentions other unaccounted deaths through Human Experiment programs in which this agency profits from forcing foster children to partisipate in, some at just weeks of age.

Among the state issues primarly funded through this agency or out-rageous recommendations, like in Newport News Virginia, were parents are told to DEVELOP ALCOHOL or DRUG ABUSE PROBLEMS so the city can receive funding to KEEP the FAMILY INTACT. This is an agency out of control and out of touch with reality, america's and it's children and familys needs and well being. This is an agency that demands repair, puplic review or to be shut down, for surely NO AGENCY would be better for America than what agency is doing.
