Norman fryer, jr. Chief Referee gave my son's father full-custody. My son's father has a DUI and marijauna conviction. I have NO record. The school counselor testified that my son wanted to live with me. Teachers testified for me. My son use to have straight As and both of his parents. I have a daughter that I raise full-time with excellent grades!
Norm looked at a little snapshot of time when my ex was coniving and planning behind my back to try to get custody and gave him full-custody. Norm is also imputing my wages and giving my ex more child support than he should be receiving.
My ex gets to claim whatever wages suite him because he is self-employed! He claims that he $13,000 per year. I can't pay child support based on my yearly earnings because I have a REAL job! Why can't his income be imputed?
Norm Fryer also gave my current husband full-custody of his son! How can he let one child live with us and take one away? What is wrong with him? How can he give someone that has been fired from ALL of his jobs full-custody?
I have never abused my child. But the counselor reported that his dad called him a sissy and was too hard on him. This is not fair and I want my child back!!!
Now my ex is even worse... Flipping me off, calling me a b*h and explaining to my son why he thinks I'm a loser. Norm tears families apart!
