I contacted the BBB to help me get some justice from Delta windows and Doors. The business has $5700.00 of my money which I proved to them by sending front and back of checks. The business delivered ONE front window sold to me for 3200.00. They owe me three windows valued at $1800.00 and were to do some repair on the vinyl on my home.
BBB says they cannot help me because I do not have contracts or receipts. The business has refused to give me either.
BBB rep acknowledges that the business agrees they owe me three windows SINCE NOVEMBER. The BBB says the business state they will deliver the three windows ordered and paid for in July sometime this Summer. A YEAR AFTER PAYMENT.
They will not tell the business they must by law give me a copy of the contract, a paid receipt for tax purposes or file a complaint on the basis of bad cistomer service against this company. They will not even acknowledge that $3200.00 from the $5700.00 I gave to this business leaves a remaining amount of money or product owed to me by this business of $2500.00.
They told me to go to Court.
They refuse to post or file a complaint so that other Consumers can be warned about this business.
BBB of Rhode Island is just another example of why Rhode Island is known World-Wide as "the Mafia State" as opposed to a place of integrity and honor. BBB is clearly bought and paid for by big business and is NOT there for the little people.
SHAME on you Deborah and the shady Masters you serve at the BBB!
