Robert Vaughn, Rip Off owner of Delta Windows and Doors was arested on multiple counts of Fraud for pulling the same thing on many others that he pulled on me.
He never gave me my money back... BUT SOME OTHERS NEVER GOT ONE WINDOW from this criminal.
It was a good thing to see his mug on the local news being arrested for the thief he is.
