Arizona and especially Apache Junction is worse than a southamerican Banana Republic.
In 7 I tried to file charges against a person who had presented a forged document (receipt) at the AJ court. This person took an older receipt I had signed, sticked a piece of paper over the date and wrote a new date onto that paper. On the fotocopy which was presented at court it was possible to see the edges of that piece of paper and the different handwriting. More: on that day I was sitting on a plane somewhere over the northern Atlantic and I could not have given a receipt on that day. Judge Brunderette did not want to comment this, even I showed the Airline ticket to him. The police did not even want to investigate it and sent me home.
I filed a complaint against the AJ police and the answer was: "Because of ethical reasons we don't want to comment this..."
In 2 I had a dispute with C.L. King Towing. The guy agreed upon $ 25 for towing my car about 5 blocks and later wanted to charge me $ 35. When I told him that I only wanted to pay him what we had agreed upon he called his buddies from the AJ Police and they threatened me with taking me to jail if I would not pay him the $ 35. So in AJ civil decisions are not made in court but by the cops. Nice justice system...
