An Sheriff state troopers ans sheriffs useing methamphetamine

The kenansville n.C. Highway patrol has 1 trooper that does use methamphetamine daily this troopers name is micheal quinn, this is a true statement ive seen him at places buying methamphetamine on several occations an also he was smoking it while on duty in uniform, the area meth heads all no he does meth but were all afraid to do anything about it because he can make our lives a living hell someone needs to have this trooper take a drug test without him noing he's being tested till it is the time for the urine or blood test to take place im not hear bashing trooper quinn making false statements im here concerened that if trooppers are doing meth why is he even being a trooper its scarey to think that he works to keep us safe an is strung out on this methamphetamine, i swear on my mother my entire famaliy that this is true an someone needs to do something about this please... Jason brock is a sherriffs dept also he is a meth an crack user please someone have this matter looked into an give these guys secret drug test so theyll not no before hand about the test...
