Lynbrook Public Library, Lynbrook, NY has a drop box that is theft prone. They received three used video tapes from their collection on time in their box. Tapes were stolen or lost on their property. Sent $150 bill for tapes worth $2/each from a garage sale, and continue to blame an innocent patron who replaced the tapes with the same title/same condition at her own expense. Librasry has cut off the patron even though they're to blame, and is still pressing for cash.
