MRA keeps sending me tapes and charging my VISA for tapes I never orderd or wanted. It startrd when I bought one tape for $9.99 from a TV add. They claim small print in add informed me I was signing on to a tape of the month club. Thats a lie. No such notice was given in the add. I imediately called MRA after receivng my VISA statement showing billings for two tapes at $25.57 each for a total non-authorized charge of $51.14. They agreed to credit my account for the full amount if I sent the unordered tapes back. A third tape was received a few days after this contact. I have returned all 3 unorderd tapes. Today My VISA says they have received a $29.95 credit from MRA which is short by about $21.19 VISA replacing sending me a new card so the old cant be charged against. Can you help me get the $21.19 still owed me?
