In maryland, this company is by far the worst company i have ever had to deal with. The customer service is by far the worst as well. I had a problem at night and stuck in the middle of no where out of state. I called the lifesafer and got no response the first few times... After getting in touch with a technician, i was told to blow into it until it passes (let me mention that i hadn't been drinking) after explaining to him what the device was doing; he said to have it towed. I had it towed. After getting there, i was told i could've waited 5 minutes and it would've retested me until i passed... On top of all that, i got violated for failing!!! I explained to the technician there that i was told to blow until it passed. However the technician offered to take the violations off if i gave him him $400... Not a good company to deal with especially if the dmv is involved, it's your license on the line
