I have no idea what any of these people are talking about regarding complaints with the interlock device. I have one week left before it is removed, and I have not had one issue. It's pretty simple, don't drink alcohol, be careful with Irish cream coffee, mouthwash, etc, and you will have no issues. Blow to start it, blow again in the next 6-10 minutes, and then blow every 30-45 minutes if you are driving for awhile. I had a few aborts, only because I did not blow correctly. It is pretty straight forward! And by the way, the service center I go to is helpful and accommodating. It sucks to have this in my truck, but I am the one that got arrested for DUI. L learned my lesson and will move on down the road next week when it is removed.
