I put an order on December 5 for that instyler product. A few times later, I attempted to monitor my purchase online via their website. It got up stating they might not discover my purchase, I subsequently named the client support quantity they offered plus they stated it'd consider 72 hours for that order to surface in their program. I waited 72 hours longer. They still couldn't find my order. I offered the Repetition my data and my telephone number and he or she explained her Boss might contact me back. I waited three times after which named the organization back. I talked with another Rep. And he explained " We discovered your purchase and it is being prepared these days. I told him to stop the purchase, he explained he could not since it was in procedure. I told him that there would not be sufficient cash on my card also it would be rejected. I also informed him to not operate it through again if it had been rejected. Obviously, per week later, I examined my charge card bill and affirmed, they put it through. Again. Therefore, back about the telephone I went and that I talked to a different REPETITION. She explained they set it through twice... I informed her the entire tale and that I also informed her the additional sales person was designed to place an email on my consideration TO NOT RESUBMIT... All she explained was that noone mentioned something about not resubmitting. Supposedly, the purchase continues to be delivered and was designed to get to my home about the 24th of Dec by 4:30pm... Nowadays may be the 26th but still no product. Aword of recommend to all of the people available that view these infomercials STOP. Change the channell... I got attached and that I do not want to buy to occur to other people...
