On June 26 my kids dad named me declaring he would destroy my children and come discover me to complete exactly the same. After calling law enforcement and obtaining no benefits I visited apply for emergency custody. I received another telephone call declaring easily did not come get them I Would never see them. Worrying for them I visited my truck where I had been let in by his buddy. After I visited get my children, these were during sex with him. As I visited choose my boy up, father swung at me using our boy having a smoke. I picked my boy up & went outside. CPS claims that I burned my boy & put him into vehicle, that will be fake. I had been given theraputic visitation with my children, however to be able to get custody back I should state that I had been the main one who burned our boy and put him within the vehicle making bruises on him. I'll not state that since I did not do those activities!
Our children are having a guy that has been chaotic towards me (& other ladies) previously. I worry for my children security but cannot acknowledge to anything used to donot do. What must I do?
