I requested an M 5 Automatic airsoft weapon for my boy for his 11th birthday. Upon the 3rd use, the engine that feeds the pellets in to the weapon failed. I asked to get a return. They insisted that I make an effort to repair the weapon myself (?). This did not work. I wanted an RMA again. I had been informed it'd come that evening via email. It never confirmed, no real surprise! And so I got the problem to my lender in at make an effort to perform a charge-back on my card. They decreased the problem simply because they stated I never delivered the weapon back! They recommended me to do this, at my own personal cost. After getting the weapon back AIRSPLAT.com sent me to inform me they were returning the weapon in my experience since the lender was active in the issue, however the situation was ignored! Therefore today I suppose I've togo back to my lender and begin the entire procedure over, except today I've evidence that I experimented with ship it back. It has been happening for nearly 3 months now. The item is poor, designated with Oriental publishing throughout it - including operatoris manual and customer support is completely legal! Whereis the class-action suit since I am up to speed!
