I named directly into cancel this support inside the seven-day interval they offered me to stop. I obtained a notice declaring the support was still likely to be getting my consideration despite the fact that I'd previously terminated. The client support representative that I talked with on 7/5/10, Olivia, was extremely rude claiming that I couldn't cancel the service now because it was beyond the 7 day period, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused stating that she was the highest up in her department. I can't afford to cover this support and that's why I terminated it initially, today I'm caught since she stated the only path to stop would be to spend the entire quantity of the support that will be over $700.00 USD. I can't afford to pay for this only at that time and being that I did so what I had been designed to do and terminated within the proper period of time, I ought to not be accountable to pay for this or need to be put through this ladyis terrible perspective after I named to protest concerning the firm's error!!! I'd like this solved today!!!
