I had a trial for my vehicle then Sirius added another vehicle to my account NOT OWNED by me and NOT AUTHORIZED by me to add to the account. They only agreed to a partial refund for the 2nd vehicle that was NOT MINE. They also could not explain why I was charged $38 in the month of January and would not give me a number to "corporate" even though they said "corporate" was the only one who could issue me a refund for the vehicle they added without consent. They had me on the phone over an hour and passed me around to 4 different people to try to resolve THEIR ERROR and I still don't have a refund for the unauthorized vehicle they added to my account.
