On October 10th after my insurance reinstated I added a new vehicle to my policy and it is now October 16 and they still can not tell me how much I owe towards paying off my policy. Since it is one week later and my payments are made on the 14 my account is currently past due for a charge that no one can explain. Which is about to put my policy on cancel status again. They added a charge of 4.27 one day then it changed to 4.32 and no one has any idea where it came from I called this morning and they told me it was removed so I had them process a payment for new vehicle and it subtracted the past due amount of 4.27. What I don't get is they say the are working on my policy and have been for 4 days. Now I'm no idiot but if they are working on my policy for 4 days that means they just paid someone about $300.00 already and another 150.00 for the next two days so they are paying someone 450 to work a policy that only totals 650.00. They must truly think I'm stupid. Don't deal with them everyone passes the buck and no one takes responsibility for whats going on. I don't even know if we can drive the added vehicle one day it on the policy the next day they removed it, which tells me there is no coverage
