After going to their stores on 3 seperate occassions for the Pandigital Tablet-advertised-told they were not in stock-after speaking to someone minutes prior-spending gas-time-getting frustrated etc. The end result is no one cares. Their executive office someone named Sofie never returned 3 phone messages - their customer service said so sad to bad-and so much for Christmas and their false advertising.
No wonder people are losing faith in American companies - we just don't care-and neither does Big Lots.
