Voice message - Poor Service

I bought an tracfone beginning of this month. I had one that worked beautifully before. But when I put the airtime on and started to use my phone I had to use my airtime to wipe out voice messages from the last user of this tel. Number. I feel that I should not have to pay for someone elses messages!!
