The only possibility to get reception, i must get out of the house. Company keeps ignoring me. I called and had been waiting for answer 49 min's after call answered. I've been on hold for 20 min's. After waiting all this time, they hung up on me. 1 hour 42 min's, i waited.
My phone is on contract until 10-12 which means i must pay for next 15 months and run out to the street to get my calls! For cancellation company wants $400. I am client more than 5 years. Same residents. Besides representative in store mean & nonprofessional!
