I waited 30 minutes for a customer service representative at the Georgetown, TX (Rivery Blvd) Store. There were only 3 other customers and there were 5 AT&T employees; nevertheless, they ignored me while I stood after signing in for my turn at the privilege of being waited on.
I left in disgust. I have been an AT&T Wireless customer for 10 years (preceeded by Cingular). I can't wait for my contract to expire.
