On 6/27 I accidentally paid $14,429.00 instead of $144.29 to Verizon Wireless for a phone bill.
It has been very frustrating following up the refund.

To date they keep telling us the same thing which i am so dissatisfied with. The latest information is that they mailed a check via FeDex which was not delivered because no one was available to sign for it, hence the check was returned to them. My prior experience with FeDex is that they would leave a missed you note at the door and they would attempt to deliver the parcel again.
Typically per their explanation it appears as though the checks takes three weeks to be processed.
Their stand is that they are writing another check that will take "three weeks" as it has from June.
I am greatly distressed, dissatisfied and frustrated. I need my money back.
