Eing a customer of a metro provider i have endured illness, aggravation, loss of jobs, family communication, doctors, ssi, ssd, deaths of families, appts for cancer treatment and thousans of incoming and outgoing calls. I could have died i was liver sick and couldn't even call my doctor uncle, mom daughter, etc. Ive had people repeating my conversations private words and i couldn't walk for 3 yrs. My family thought i was on drugs and i wasn't!!! That was and is humiliating and has ruined my integretrity as a good person i am respectful to others privacy and lives i wanted to literally kill myself i was suicidal behind this shit 3yrs of my life stolen from me i have had enough of this bullshit i changed my number so many times it was ridiculous had prepaid phones what the hell do i have to do to regain my phone privacy ive had enough i missed my grandmothers funeral behind this bullshit and now my complaint isnt going through
