I am a Call Center Supervisor for 5 yrs now. I often speak to irrate or disatisfied customers. I will admit that there are times that we are at fault, but I do everything within my means to rectify and correct the issue. However as for Metro PCS I cannot and will not say the same. This company has PROVEN why they will never contend for a position as a top mobile phone service provider. The rates and phones are CHEAP for a reason, becasuse so are the owners and employees. I use a REAL service provider for myself but use Metro PCS for my children only and they cant even get proper services. At the end of the day the services you offer can be buried under horrible cusomer service and poor products. I will NEVER use metro as my personal carrier and after this last instance I may just add my kids to my provider and pay for REAL services and REAL customer services. Metro pcs you are a joke... Maybe I'll try BOOST mobile for my kids!
