I had the worst experience at T Mobile store on Sunset and Fuller (Hollywood, CA). I went into purchase/renew contract for my cell phone and all the customer service representative (African American woman with nose ring) tried to do was sell me the accessories package. I kept on telling her I had no interest in purchasing the two for one accesories package. I told her that I would not purchase the any accessories til I knew what came with the phone package; Blackberry always puts a charger, headset, usb cables, etc. All the sales rep did that point was tell me how I needed more accessories and kept on pointing to the box and saying "can't you read what it comes on side the of package" which she repeated over and over again. I finally just walked out of the store. This is not an example of good or considerate customer service.
The worst example of an over eager sales person with no respect to the what customer wanted. Shame on you!
