I simply named Predecto, just after calling Verizon, they'dnot or could not do anything-but consider the criticism and provide me the directions on which to complete, (which didn't function). However the telephone number they offered for Custmer Service did and so I named and spoke to some excellent consultant plus they assured me they'd consider the costs and credit them to my next billing period. I am certain VERIZON might ahve did his for me personally.
Appears Predecto is honest within their organization guidelines. We will notice when July's statement comes.
