When I bought the mercury wireless
internet stick for my laptop, I was told it was "unlimited", 24-7!
As much as I could use it!!!
One morning I turned it on, only to find a message telling me, "your data usage
is almost up, for more, please contact us.
When I called to find out the problem,
I was told, " 5 gigs, is all you are
allowed per pay cycle".!! I still had 2
weeks to the end of my pay cycle.
My salesperson turned it off for me &
I went to Alltel. Theirs is "unlimited"!
Overall, Alltel works better too.
Mercury stick, not so well, I think
I've seen dead people move faster!!!
AT&T, I've been a customer for years.
(check with me for info, if you do not
believe me!), you've let me down..
