When i bought the mercury wireless
internet stick for my laptop, i was told it was "unlimited", 24-7!
As much as i could use it!!!
One morning i turned it on, only to find a message telling me, "your data usage
is almost up, for more, please contact us.
When i called to findout the problem,
i was told, " 5 gigs, is all you are
allowed per paycycle".!! I still had 2
weeks to the end of my paycycle.
My salesperson turned it off for me &
i went to alltel. Thiers is "unlimited"!
Overall, alltel works better too.
Mercury stick, not so well, i think
i've seen dead people move faster!!!
At&t, i've been a customer for years.
(check with me for info, if you do not
believe me!), you've let me down..
