I bought a net 10 card in your store. The net10 provider refuses to mail me the sim card to activate the phone that I bought in a Las Vegas store of yours. Called net. 10 3 X's and each time they informed me and assured that the sim-card would be mailed to me. As of this day I have filled a complaint with net 10 and Walmart due to the fact that I have a net 10 phone and a net card that I bought in your store that I can not use and can not obtain a re-fund for.
