I ordered a replacement phone and paid $12.95 for overnight delivery with a guarantee of delivery at 3:00 pm. We'll the phone is not here and when speaking to the rep she stated that she was sorry that someone stated that or you thought you heard that but we do not guarantee. False statements and no acctiablity.
