Worst customer service I have encountered!

And so I put an order with Online-A-Porter.com on the Friday and settled an additional 20 bucks for instantly delivery. The organization did not provide then when I named to ask they stated because it was my first-order a for 500$ they'd to operate a credit check up on me. When did purchasing a gown online turn into a creditcheck? And so I stated I had been unacquainted with this-they stated it is for that safety of me the client to prevent abused charge cards. Would not I've my charge card business stop any costs if your charge card had been abused? And so I stated you did not match the overnight delivery and that I required the gown for a meeting plus they declined to return the 20 overnight delivery cost. They where rude and named me back many times to guarantee the purpose they where not likely to return my 20 bucks. The corporation in my own brain has got the toughest customer support I've undergone in decades. It was my first and last purchase together.
