I left Verizon because I was promised excellent and satisfying service. It turns out I have entered into a contract with one of the WORST! Cell phone providers I've ever had. I've had nothing but continuous texting problems and trying to send a Pic is darn near impossible to do. Each time I made a trip to a sprint store I get the same old excuse "Oh you are having problems because we are working on towers in your area" Well that would be good and all if I would have been in my area at the time... I've had it with this company what's the use of having a service that only works part time but yet Sprint expect to see their money every month and on time...
