I had assurrance wireless on Jan. Supposed to be for 1 year. Got stopped in november. Never recieved a recertification letter. I faxed a complete application w/docs twice. Also mailed application w/docs 3 times. They claim to not have recieved it. But I did talk to one guy who saw 5 applications on his screen. Today I get call from "supervisor" who tells me I have resend application. This haas become very annoying to say the least. Maybe time to try someone else. Since this is govt program they need a complaint site for these micky mouse operations
