Sprint poor customer service and phones - HTC Arrive-Sprint

I had my htc arrive for not even a yr when a icon appeared on the signal bar area of the screen it looked like a sims card and a padlock. They tried to charge me 50 dollars to just look at it!!! When it was a technical error. Then they finally send me a replacement phone. The same one of course. After making me feel like i was just another bad customer when i had always been early on my bill added more etc. I received the phone and then decided to try and update it which it wouldnt do for me so i took to the store and left it overnight. When i picked up the phone the very next morning it was still not updated and it would keep giving an error message to the tech. I called sprint back and their offer was for me to pay 50 dollars to replace it get the same phone (the one that keeps messing up) or get one of less value. I have switched back to at&t due to this. Poor customer service is not worth unlimited everything.
