Hello, I'm a customer with, assurance wireless. I called, assurance wireless six times, in one day. I called and requested a pin. I was given information, to activate my cell. I did not want to activate, my cell over the phone. The customer service representative's, I was speaking with, either disconnected my call. Never answered, my question. I asked, to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with him the next day. Mr. Andy, said, " sorry, and yelled. I was given, information from customer service about, the pin. Stating, that my ten digit-pin #, was incorrect. Mr. Andy said" Their are ten digit pin number's, and six. I was giving six on a text message. On my cell, screen, it still ask for, a ten digit-pin. I feel he was rude, and the employee's to. I feel, I was not informed properly. I hope I receive a pin number.
