Vonage is the worst phone company [ besides [magic jack] vonage phone worked for 3 weeks then all of a sudden it stop working [ can't make or receive phone calls] it keep sayin check the internet internet works fine, for 2 weeks the phone didn't work called vonage they had me reboot unplug & plug back up [ nothing] 14 different people stated they going 2 send someone out [ no charge] but everytime they came back 2 the phone they couldn't get anyone [ i don't think they have a department 4 that] i think what they do is bs u n hope u run out of time so they can charge u a termanation fee, i calle them 14 different times & they gave me no help what so ever, one guy told me their is no conection from the vonage box 2 vonage. All the light does is flash. Customer service is bad, ive been waiting 4 a person 2 come out 4 2 weeks now then when i call back 2 see what happened their is no record of me ever callin, then u have 2 go over everything all over again [ & they over talk u] then say we have 2 charge u 4 what i was told it was waved because its your error not mine, after another week of being lied 2 & overtalked hung up on i finally cancel my service, and i'm goin 2 let the better business know how they lie 2 their customer & jip them about a service that doesn't exist[ sendin someone out]they are the worst company i have ever dealt wit they can't even tell u what service they use 2 come out, they just put u on hold 4 10- 15 minutes & hope u hang up, i could go on on but it just get me upset all over again. Very bad company
