As per the communication with account manager, she told me before 45 days, i can cancel my service at any time and they will waived of my early termination fees. Also she told she has entered comments in my account to waive of my early termination fees if i cancel my account at any time after 30 days of purchase. Now they are saying i can not cancel my service otherwise they will charge me early termination fees $120. It is unethical as you are saying something when customer purchase vonage and doing something when he want to cancel service. When i purchased i spoke with vonage customer support 4 times to confirm about my waive of early termination fees and they confirmed same thing. But now account manager is saying this is not possible. It seems vpnage service is not doing what they are saying and just adding customers telling wrong things. I am expecting some action from vonage on this kind of commitment they are giving when purchase. Also i am expecting to waived of my early termination fees.
