I bought all new appliances and tvs with in the last 2 years. Everything I buy is Samsung. 2 years ago I spent over 2500.00 for a stainless steal side by side refrig. The last few days I notice it wasn't cold. Everything started to spoil. I called Samsung and got an appt for a tech to come out and check it out. He came here put some kind of magnet on top of my refrig. And then tells me my fan went in the refrig and its not covered under samsungs 5 year warranty. I said how can this not be covered when it blows the cold air in. Then he tells me its going to be a few hundred dollars to fix it. I called Samsung and got tossed around from department to department. Finally I got a lady on the phone and said it wasn't covered. I explained after 2 years this shouldn't happen. Basically she told me oh well. Your paying. I can't believe that a big company like this can be like this. My house is filled of samsung products and now I went them out of my house because this company gave me a bad taste in my mouth. To get back to the story when he took the fan off... It was impacted in his huge block of ice. I said how this happen? I didnt do this? He said you can't open the refrig too much. I have 7 ppl in this house and we are not suppose to open a refrig. Especially 5 of them are kids??? Seriously??? I said is this going to happen again? He said he didnt know and to not use the refrig that much? 2500.00 and not use the refrig that much? Seriously???
