New Samsung stainless steel side by side refrigerator hasn't worked since the first day we bought it. The repairman can't fix it, is ordering yet another part and thinks it might be the circuit board. We got a lemon, and Samsung customer service has been horrible. We've been trying to get if fixed for weeks. Will never buy another Samsung product.
