I was called by Cellcom several weeks ago informing me that I had free international calls for 3 months.

I called to on February 17 to inquire about the charge of NIS 154.41 on the bill I'd received that day. The call I made to California the previous week was the charge. The agent Diana (the name she gave me) said the charge stands because the free calls were for my son's phone package and not my phone.

I was not informed of this until my complaint was made. Why was I called and told I had free calls? Diana said she listed to my taped conversation with the Cellcom agent on 15 Jan13, by the name of Deibes Rasha.

In this call I negotiated a new package deal for my son's phone based on his current usage. After that agreement was made, I inquired about the free calls for my account, and for my phone calls. I have other options for making international calls over the Internet, so i did not really need this option, but the agent I spoke with said I do have free calls using my cell phone.

I am very upset that I was charged for this call, which I made the last week in January with the understanding that I had free calls. I also made a call to Seattle on the same day, leaving only a voice mail message.

Why should I have to pay for this call, which after the fact they inform me was for another phone package? Why didn't they call my son's phone about free calls instead of calling me at my number? They confused the accounts, and now expect me to pay (I have no choice as the credit card will be charged for the amount that they set).
