I used my upgrade and purchased an htc touch pro phone. It had nothing but problems. I had junk loaner phones more than I ever had my phone. The phone was sent to the manufacterer twice and was in repair several times. You would think a phone company would try to Keep you happy and offer a new phone. Not cellcom! I had to pay $200 for a used phone! Once this contract is up good riddance junk company!!
